Too expensive for the service.
Pros: Good location, great parking. Cons: Breakfast was extremely poor. Thin juices, scrambled egg-like mass, no salt, only cardboard dishes and plastic cutlery in that price range! Room cleaning needs to be requested.

Very comfortable hotel that offers excellent guest service!
Pros: The staff was very helpful, especially Tom! Always everyone at the reception attentive to any questions or requests, they quickly resolved an issue we reported at breakfast and in general responded with kindness and empathy. I also liked the location close to 2 streetcar stops (7th & 9th), close walking distance to the City Market. A nice quiet area and the streetcar (free service) can connect you to the rest of downtown, it runs every 10 minutes and takes you to other points of interest such as Union Station, Light District, Crossroads, etc. The room was spacious with a good clean, spac
