Pros: Clean comfortable beds. Location great. Cons: Breakfast after a couple of days got mundane thats only reason not a 10. But clean and excellent value.

Perfect!
My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was our first time in New York, and the hotel’s location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and do everything we had planned without needing transportation. I only have one observation: our rooms did not have a mini fridge, and since I was traveling with my 1-year-and-5-month-old baby, that was the only downside for us. I’m not sure if other rooms have mini fridges, but if they do, this might be something worth asking guests about at check-in, especially families traveling with young children who may need one.
