over all our stay was wonderful. Your employee Edward was wonderful!
Pros: Mr. Edward took great care of my family and I. I'm truly pleased with his professionalism. Cons: The room lacked a microwave, making it impossible to heat up food unless we left our room and go downstairs to use one! NOT GOOD! Additionally, the hot water pressure at the bathroom sink faucet was extremely weak. I was in room 1017

Very convenient to LGA with free shuttle!
Pros: Very close to LGA which is why we picked this hotel. After missing our flight out of JFK the day before, we weren't risking it for the rebooked flight from LGA. We were only in the room for about 6-7 hours to sleep & head to airport. Beds were comfortable & hotel was very quiet for the short time we were there (other than the obvious airport noise). Free shuttle was the highlight! Our flight was at 6am and the hotel's shuttle started at 4am, so it was perfect. It picked us up at the hotel lobby & took us right to our terminal. Very quick & convenient! Cons: It's in Queens. Area looked ok
Everything was excellent and staff was amazing, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers.
Pros: Everything was great! Staff were amazing, breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were neat and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC. Cons: Nothing! It was perfect!
overall, I give my stay a B+
Pros: staf was nice and room was comfortable. shuttle was reliable and fast. Cons: breakfast kind of sucked--coffee wasn't vey good and eggs looked like they ere made from powdered mix. bread was good though. also, it would be great to eat breakfast without having the TV blaring first thing in the morning.
