Extremely disappointing stay due to repeated room assignment and key issues, poor communication, and
Pros: Nothing Cons: Very disappointing experience. We booked a two-queen room but were given multiple incorrect room assignments, keys that did not work, and were eventually told around 11 PM to leave a room that the hotel staff had assigned to us. We were traveling with an infant, yet no one apologized or took responsibility for the confusion. We paid nearly $800 for the stay and expected much better service.
