Clean, comfy and convenient… just keep you room key close!
Pros: Hotel was nice and conveniently located. Cons: This was my first stay at this location. At check in no one communicated that key should be kept until departure from the gate. I checked out at 5am leaving my keys at the front desk only to be locked out of the parking garage AND hotel. I spent 10-15min ringing the bell and knocking on the glass door to try and find help! A quick… “by the way”when I told her it was my first stay at this location would have save a lot of time and frustration this morning. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful.
