Pros: THEY ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, THEY RUINED MY VACATION. Cons: THEY ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, THEY RUINED MY VACATION, OVERBOOKED THE HOTEL AND WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AFTER 9 HOURS OF FLIGHT AT MIDNIGHT, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND ME TO ANOTHER HOTEL, THEY DID NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, I HAD TO PAY FOR A TAXI, WITH MY FAMILY AND LUGGAGE AT 12:40 AM, AT THE HOTEL THEY SENT ME TO, I HAD TO CHECK-OUT AT 11 AM AND WHEN I RETURNED TO THE HOTEL PAYING ANOTHER TAXI, THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 4 PM TO CHECK IN, MEANING I HAD TO SPEND 5 HOURS IN LIMBO, THEY RUINED MY VACATION, I WOULD N

Pros: Close proximity to everything beach, SeaWorld, the zoo. Cons: One of the beds in the room was broken so it was leaning on one side, the view outside my window was facing a small homeless encampment and my 5-year-old was just watching whatever they were doing over there.
Pros: The breakfast was very modest and in my opinion not appropriate for a Hilton Hotel. Cons: The breakfast staff was relatively unfriendly
