Not happy that I didn’t receive the room booked and paid for.
Pros: Location. Cons: Waited too long for someone to come to the front desk to check me and my coworker in. I booked a king room - and got two queens. Air conditioner stopped working and was a giant pain in the butt!
Cons: I hope all the plastic eating utensils could be swapped out for compostable utensils
Cons: I hope all the plastic eating utensils could be swapped out for compostable utensils. All that plastic waste was discouraging. The pool was also too cold to swim in even during summer.
Airport hotel stopover— comfy convenient stay but wished there was a nice place to sit outside as it was beautiful weath
Pros: Comfy beds and nice linens and pillows. Friendly van driver. Cons: The pool chairs were really uncomfortable. And the outdoor “heated” pool was cold. Good breakfast.
Good stay.
Pros: The breakfast was good, but I would appreciate if you could add some potatoes or mushrooms for vegan or vegetarian to have a good breakfast. Cons: The location which was near a burger for dinner was excellent, also it was near the highway so I don't have to travel inside the city and deal with traffic.

Breakfast was good. We were rushed though as we were leaving at 6 am to get to the airport. But it looked great.
