It was a short stay but it could if better. I like to Hampton hotels but this one didn’t fulfill my expectations
Pros: The breakfast but I stayed in other Hampton hotels where the breakfast was better quality and options. Cons: As soon as we checked in the hotel lost power so we had to leave because the room got hot. I’m impressed that the hotel didn’t have a power plant for that kind of situation.
Not what you expect of a Hilton property
Pros: The room is spacious and luxurious, no complaints. Cons: The staff were very unfriendly. The lady who checked us in was ok. Despite being hilton honours gold member we had to request repeatedly for am extra hour late checkout. The shuttle service lady was very rude. She dropped at the wrong place and gave wrong directions making it look like she was doing is a favour. However, the man on the first day of the shuttle was very good. The breakfast was a let down with less options, disposable plates and plastic cutlery.
Convenient location
Pros: Love the location close to the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast and staff were great as well. Cons: The carpets in hallways had stains and paint and wallpaper in room and hallways had wear areas and chips. The ac was noisy. Hotel needs a little TLC.
My stay overall ended up being pleasant. Started off horribly. Room wasn’t ready, no accommodation for the inconvenience
