Great location and Service
Sulima is amazing. Courteous and always smiling. Used the shuttle for the airport run. Available from 4am to 1pm, takes a mid-day break. Then again from 4pm to 1am. Great location.

Do Better Hampton Inn
Pros: We were there because my brother was having bypass surgery. It was convenient to go to the hospital. The beds were good. Pillows were great. Food was good. Cons: Had to get up at 4:30 am on Wednesday to go to the hospital. Called and asked for a wake-up call. No wake-up call. We had been gone all day. It was 4:00 pm. We were exhausted and when we got up to our room our keys did not work! Husband had to go back downstairs to see if they could get them to work. He came back up and we got in but our room had not been cleaned up. We were too tired for them to come and clean it so we just ask

Poor Experience
I guess I should have paid heed to the other reviews on this hotel. We have always been very satisfied with Hampton, but this changed all of that. Reserved here mainly because it was near the airport. When we got to the room, I found several strands of hair in the bathtub and had to rinse it out. The toilet seat was literally falling off of the toilet. Had to be careful how far you leaned over. Opened the mini-fridge, and a bug of some sort ran out and disappeared before I could smash it. And last but not least, the TV didn't work. Wouldn't even come on. Called the front desk. No maintenance w

I liked that it was close to COTA
I liked that it was close to COTA. The bed and pillows were amazing!! The breakfast spread they had was nice as well, I'm just sad that we didn't get to enjoy the waffles because we had to leave early.
