Terrible experience

Pros: Nothing Cons: Blood on shower curtain, pool had bugs and grease and hair in it filter wasn’t working so I couldn’t swim my whole stay,no fan in bathroom

Niagara Falls visit - best location price wise

Pros: Location Cons: Soft mattress, tub water drained slowly, breakfast wasn’t as good as at other places

It was a good stay.

Pros: The breakfast bar staff was very polite and accommodating, the food bar was good. The room was spacious. Cons: Using the tv remote control was terrible. The bed was low and too soft.

Great last minute find

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel for myself, my husband, our daughter and two granddaughters. We were planning to spend the night before going to Niagara Falls the following day. The prices in the area seemed quite expensive. I initially booked a hotel in Tonawanda, but after reading the reviews canceled it. We got two rooms at this Hampton Inn location. We were welcomed by two lovely women, Irene and a second woman whose name I did not get. They were very kind and made sure that we were directly across the hall from each other and that our rooms were ready. They also assisted

The hotel met our needs for transitioning from vacation to returning to our home.

Pros: Breakfast was adequate and location was convenient for getting to the airport timely. Cons: The breakfast was nice but the quality of food could be better.
