Cons: There were bugs, hair in the shower, and dirty towels. Room service is every other day and at certain times so we had to walk down to get things we needed.

Pros: The room itself was really comfortable and clean. I was very impressed because the room I was in had a pull-out couch which was really clean. Continue the upkeep of the hotel. It's worth a second stay. Cons: The breakfast wasn't that great. I had boiled eggs and they were really cold. That was the only thing I disliked about the whole stay.
