Pros: Magnífica ubicación y buen servicio, las personas del restaurante del desayuno son muy amables. Cons: El colchón del sofá cama no es cómodo, la cocina solo tiene microondas y todo es desechable. El desayuno es muy simple y todo es desechable, no reciclan nada...

Cons: Everything is clear, thank you. However, you still haven’t refunded the $400 that you charged us immediately on the day we checked into your hotel. By the way, we have never experienced this before — taking such a large deposit in advance. The receptionist told us that the $400 would be refunded back to our card, but we still haven’t received it.
