Staff were incredibly accommodating. Comfortable. Heated pool.

Convenient to United Center. Short taxi rides to Museums.

Pros: Location near United center Cons: Would have been nice to have a rob. More bathroom toiletries (q-tips, cotton balls, etc)

Pros: I loved the room and the restaurant choices that were very close by

Pros: I loved the room and the restaurant choices that were very close by. Also it had a great location. Cons: The breakfast food was just ok. They had grits one day that were good, but the other days it was oatmeal, and grits were not an option. I wish they cottage cheese as an option. Coffee was just ok as well.
