Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Medical District Uic

Pros: The staff was super friendly, and Ashley deserves a raise. The friendliest and most helpful staff member I have ever met. Cons: Low water pressure in shower.

Pros: The breakfasts were delicious. Our room was comfortable and spacious. It was nice to have a few restaurants right across the street, but they weren't open very late so it made choices limited with what we were in town for and there wasn't much to do within walking distance. Cons: The restaurants across the street were not open very late so options were limited after the concert we went to and there wasn't many things to do within walking distance.

Comfortable and clean

Pros: Everything felt very clean and updated. Smelled nice and the bathrooms were stocked and clean. Continental breakfast was great and had lots of options. Cons: We did have an incident with our key not working at the door, the door itself stopped working but what are you gonna do... The front desk came up and got it open for us so I wouldn't even consider this a negative honestly.
