TWO different parties entered my room - NOT A SECURE HOTEL

Pros: Breakfast was fine, room itself was fine. Cons: Shortly after check in another guest opened up my room with her key. The front desk gave her a key to my room because the guy at the front checked everyone in wrong. Then, late in the evening, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. ANOTHER person opened up my room CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT. And the hotel REFUSED to reimburse us for the night. We had to barricade the door just to get some sleep.

Comfy

Pros: Great location to shopping and restaurants. Close to Cincinnati and Kings Island. Clran and comfortable. Nothing fancy, just a solid hotel choice. Cons: Nothing.
