Comfy bed, kind driver, no shampoo.

Pros: The man that drove the shuttle was very kind, we had a nice conversation! The beds are comfortable and the TV greeted me. Cons: There was no shampoo at all. I let them know when I left so the next person won't have that problem, and they said oh dont worry its ok. As if I had broken it or something. But I was telling you to check because nobody checked before I arrived. I was trying to save you from another guest being frustrated. Also I had reserved a king bed, and received two queens. I am one person I just wanted an extra big bed not an empty one. But it was fine. Oh! No hand soap. I

Pros: It was clean and the staff was great Cons: The extra money spent for the kitchen was not worth it. Not enough cookware/utensils. And the refrigerator was very difficult to open.

Pros: Location, staff was really nice. Cons: Pool wasn’t the greatest. It was indoors but freezing. Kids were there with no supervision. Kinda older. Elevators were older.
