Excellent Experience
Excellent experience. Hotel is clean and conveniently located. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Deanna at the front desk was extremely helpful in extending our stay without requiring a room change. Terry did an exceptional job during the breakfast service.

Traveled with Family
The location was the perfect place, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for our next family vacation. Also, thank you Terry your customer service was 💯, thank you to Gary as well. The staff was great Vernisha, Sabrina and Deanna and especially the pretty little lady who assisted me with my bags (thank you 😊)

Disgusting !!
Buyer beware! Management is unbelievable and makes fun of guests!! Not very honest either!! When you leave the desk he talks about you and laughs. Dirty!! Elevators don't work. No respect to guests.

Low Quality Hilton
One of the worst Hilton properties ever stayed at. Extremely low end hotel. I guess that's why it's so cheap. The hallway carpet on first floor is disgusting. The rooms are outdated, it's smells of dope, and TV had limited local channels. I will stay at a nicer Hilton next visit.
