Staff was very helpful
Staff was very helpful. Shuttle times were convenient for early mornings. My ceiling had condensation when I took a shower. Not sure if housekeeping knocked and I didn’t hear as I was in shower, but they quickly closed the door.

The constant alarm siren in the lobby makes the lobby a wholly unenjoyable environment. The piercing alarm for the shuttle sound off very loudly all day. Every single patron in the lobby commented or asked what the sound was.

Early cab ride overpriced
Early cab ride overpriced. Jay Cab was recommended but I was told by cab dispatch to expect $50 to airport. Got charged $74.10. Jay cab was recommended by hotel.
