Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville-Airport

Great stay close to airport with great shuttle service

Pros: Very close to airport and had shuttle, also very clean Cons: Nothing

We’d stay here again whenever we visit.

Pros: Even though construction, what’s going on at the property, both the staff at the hotel and the construction workers were very courteous and helpful. A special shout out to Camara who won the extra mile and helped us bring down our luggage because of a power outage in the general area. Additionally, everyone was very special, especially the front desk. Cons: Nothing we didn’t like

Awesome hotel for the price.

Pros: Very spacious rooms and well maintained. Front desk personnel were very pleasant to talk to. Cons: I wasn't impressed with the continental breakfast. I would have liked to had some cold cereal available but I'm not a big breakfast eater.

Near the airport

Pros: Staff was very nice at the front desk. Cons: Hotel was being remodeled so was very dingy and unclean. Room was just ok, could have been cleaner. Be skirts had stains on them an bathroom was moderately clean.
