Cons: This review is for a booking that this hotel management would not even honor when I went to check The manager forced me to pay another nightly rate without explanation directly with them and have not given me a refund, despite my proactive communication with their teams throughout this entire situation. I had an emergency leak at my apartment in the middle of the night (I live up the street) and booked a room for the night online. We stay here only for proximity to what we need, will be looking for an alternate hotel
