The hotel clerk was a little short and somewhat rude, but the hotel and grounds itself is immaculate.

Pros: The lobby was bright and airy and rooms. Cons: No complaints

I like how confortable the rooms are and that you know you can sleep peacefully there

Otherwise, great.

Pros: Excellent breakfast Cons: The AC unit was very noisy and although there was a setting to turn it off, it did not go off. It would go off, come back on, go off again - very annoying. I reported this to the desk in the morning along with room number and she assured me that she would report to maintenance for repair.

Cons: No response and no room cleaning. I prepaid a reservation, but I accidentally selected a Hampton Inn location that is further away than I anticipated. I attempted to cancel it, but was unsuccessful. Reached out by phone, email and in person. No response.
