Hampton Inn - Vancouver Airport/Richmond

Adequate, near the airport.

Pros: Airport shuttle was easily available Cons: The area was lacklustre, all the utensils/plates/glasses were throw away, the breakfast was unappetising.

Great location, but overall barely adequate.

Pros: Good selection of breakfast items, which were replenished regularly. The room was adequate. Cons: There was a very long dark hair in the tub. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told our only option was changing rooms since housekeeping had left for the day so we cleaned it ourselves. The caulking around the plumbing fixture in the tub was poorly applied and looked amateurish. There was rust on the bottom of the tub and a few spots of mould along the top edge of the tub. The mattress was disappointingly soft. Therefore, we slept poorly.Great location but

Pros: Had trouble operating the tv so were unable to use the wi-fi. Cons: The foyer area which also acts as a place to eat breakfast was very crowded. Shame it wasn’t much larger.

The hotel was good maybe a bit pricey for what you get for

Pros: The room was comfortable Cons: That there wasn’t a lounge in the foyer to sit and relax while waiting to go to the airport

Ok for a one or two night.

Pros: The staff was awesome. Especially the drivers for the shuttle. Cons: It is too far from attractions. The travel to downtown in traffic is terrible. The bed was not comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is not nice. Also do not have a business office.
