Pros: bed Cons: The charge was generated twice, they debited payment from another person's reservation because the receptionist made a mistake and they have not refunded the payment, I have notified them about this but they have not resolved it, the information is not clear, I do not recommend this hotel as they harm the guest and do not resolve issues promptly.
