Terrible
Pros: Location Cons: No bedding provided for sofa bed. Faulty fans in the property (we stayed during a heatwave). Early morning noise (cleaning staff). Was charged twice for my stay and it was expensive for what it was

Very hot but overall a clean apartment and nice staff :)
Pros: large space and clean, comfortable bed Cons: They did supply fans but it was extremely hot which made it very uncomfortable when sleeping. The fans did not do much as all dusty. thermostat was showing 32 degrees inside the apartment! Just need to maybe maintain the fans better and clean regularly! Everywhere else was clean :)

Disappointing stay
Pros: The apartment itself was a good size and perfectly situated for the event we were attending. Cleaning staff were helpful. Apartment was clean. Cons: The pots of UHT milk were off. They gave us the wrong keys which took a few hours to resolve effecting our time at the event we'd travelled 80 miles for. Phone calls and messages to the company re the problems weren't always answered or responded to promptly. Booking clearly stated 2 adults and 2 15 year olds yet only 3 beds were made up and no bedding was available in the room for the sofa bed to be made up.

A thoroughly disappointing and unpleasant experience.
Pros: Decent location. Cons: I made the booking for a family of five. We got the keys but then went straight on to visit our friends. When we all got in to the apartment later that evening there was only bedding for 3 people (1 double & 1 single), which meant 2 of us had no covers. The rooms were unbearably hot despite fans in each room. The fans themselves were not good at all with barely any output. There were only 3 towels for the 5 of us. The 2 large wheelie bins immediately outside the apartments were spilling over which meant leaving the windows open caused an awful smell throughout.
