Pros: Lovely apartment, comfortable and clean. Great bathroom. Cons: The check in procedure was unclear. You had to go to the hotel up the road to get the keys. In the apartment, the info said to check out by placing keys in the box by the exit. There was no box so we had to return to the hotel. Useful to know in advance. We were walking the Thames and had already walked from Staines so this was a disappointment!

Very disappointing experience – accommodation was not what we booked

Cons: We booked a 3-bedroom apartment back in February for 2 nights for 4 people, including a 6-year-old child. We specifically chose an apartment because we wanted the space and facilities to make our own meals and have a relaxed environment after busy days out. Unfortunately, on arrival we discovered that we had been given a 2-bedroom apartment instead of the 3-bedroom apartment we had booked and paid for, with no prior warning or explanation. Pros: It was close to our family do. self catering. shops nearby. Cons: Floors seem a little worn. Smell of tobacco smoke in one apartment. otherwise good.
