Pros: I didn't like much about this place. Cons: Staying in the 5th-floor "Mint" room felt less like a boutique guest house experience and more like being relegated to an overly cluttered spare room at grandma’s house. While the room clearly attempted a warm, "cozy" vibe, it missed the mark by cramming far too much furniture into a very small space. Every available surface was overloaded with annoying bric-a-brac, pre-loved knick-knacks, and dollar-store ornaments. Pros: It is close to Han River, it is cheap. It had good wifi and good ac. Cons: The check in room isn't well designated or staffed. I got a note after initiating 3 times to pay more on my door stating that I need to pay more for my child because I didn't correctly indicate her age. If they would have told me earlier I would have cancelled and found another place. Booking tried to on my behalf and was unsuccessful. Pros: The hospitality of the owner and liberal nature of the whole guesthouse Cons: That the guesthouse is uphill and you have to take taxi while going in and going out with heavy luggage

Pros: I stayed here for three weeks and overall would say it was pretty okay. The bed was comfortable and the aircon looked new and worked wonderfully. On the ground floor of the accommodation fresh towels were usually provided, there is a fridge with water for a low price and also one with ramen, but the screen to pay didn’t work while I was there. The laundry room was a bit hard to find (it is past the common room on the right, all the way in the back behind a thin wall) but for 5000₩ it was worth it! It is a bit of a shame that laundry can only be done in the evening though. The common room
