Cons: Visitors who stayed for 3 nights but used public transportation are strongly discouraged from staying for less than 1 night. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., it was impossible to eat or enjoy the hot springs inside the facility (closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.), which was very disappointing as they had never experienced it at other hot spring facilities in the northern sea.

The staff, food, and service were all satisfying. A hotel I would like to visit again!

Pros: My husband has a shrimp allergy, but when I consulted in advance, they adjusted the menu and kindly accommodated us, which made me very happy! We enjoyed cooking at the buffet, making our own waffles and pancakes. The hot springs were well maintained, with a variety of shampoos and amenities, allowing us to relax and enjoy. There were various welcome sweets available in the lobby, providing a great space to spend a relaxing time away from daily life. Cons: I think all hot springs and inns are the same now, so it can't be helped, but I was disappointed that the hours for using the hot spr

Although it is old, it is comfortable and friendly.

Pros: There were many types of hot springs, and it was relatively located near the entrance of Jozenkei, so it was about a 45-minute taxi ride from Sapporo Station. The cost was around 10,000 yen. The food was delicious above all, and the lounge facilities were nice. Cons: The facilities seemed quite outdated and lacking in equipment, especially in the lighting area.
