Excellent B&B in a great location
Hanger Down is in a great location, quiet, but just outside Arundel. The host is friendly and you feel like part of the family. Breakfast is excellent, with a good choice of freshly cooked food. We have visited twice now and will definitely be back again.

Highly recommended during a heatwave ! A great base for exploring the Arundel area and nearby coast
Pros: Really enjoyed the cooked breakfast; especially the scrambled egg which tasted great and also well presented. The room was spacious and has everything you need for a short stay; very efficient shower which was easy to use. The location was quiet and peaceful with a large garden and outside seating; slept pretty well considering it was in the middle of a heatwave! It was a huge help that the room wasn't too hot - a fan was provided but I only needed it for a short while during the morning. Also the late checkout was greatly appreciated, many thanks for a restful stay :-) Cons: T
