El personal fue muy acogedor y educado. Tuvimos un problema con la televisión en la primera habitación en la que nos alojaron, al hablar con el personal al respecto decidieron cambiarnos de habitación, lo cual fue muy considerado. No tenían que hacerlo. Siendo una pequeña joya escondida, ¡definitivamente volveremos! Una vez más, gracias al personal del Hotel Hansen. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos y el check-in también fue muy fácil.
Staff were very welcoming and polite. We had an issue with the telly in the first room they put us in, when speaking to the staff about this they decided to move us rooms which was so thoughtful. They didn’t have to do this. For it being a little hidden gem we will definitely be back!! Once again thank you to the staff at Hansen Hotel. We felt so welcome and check in was so easy also.

No me gustó nada de este hotel, ya no se llama Hansen, ahora es el Cog and Wheel... estaba absolutamente helado, sucio y mohoso, y el colchón tenía más manchas marrones que un jardín embarrado y desigual... todavía estoy esperando mi reembolso, estuve en el hotel no más de unas 2 horas... es un peligro para la salud, es repugnante, no recomiendo a nadie que se quede aquí... tengo fotos para demostrar el estado en el que se encuentra...
