Pros: The apartment is very interestingly, practically, and originally decorated. All the necessary things needed for daily functioning make it possible to stay here longer.
Cons: It should be taken into account that this is not a 5* hotel, so the kitchen, bathroom, and finishes are very modest. People with high expectations should look for luxury in such hotels.
Pros: The street classified by UNESCO, the functional and practical studio decor, and the air conditioning
Pros: The street classified by UNESCO, the functional and practical studio decor, and the air conditioning. The kitchen was very good: a small microwave oven, a hob, pots, and a pan, great!
Cons: An additional armchair bed in the living room would have been great, but it's already good.
Pros: The location
Cons: Difficulty in accessing, unclear information

A big negative for Studio Cairoli and a big plus for Happy Family and its staff
Cons: The studio was in a deplorable state. The kitchenette consisted of a sink and a microwave in tiny cupboards, the window facing the street was single-glazed, hence noise and drafts. Some equipment could even be dangerous for occupants, especially for children (broken electrical outlets near the sink, very steep stairs with loose steps...). We immediately reported the problem to Happy Family, the manager, with supporting photos. They were very understanding and found us another accommodation that was much more in line with standards and our expectations.
