The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent location to explore Bristol.

Hotel was ok, probably wouldn’t stay again

Pros: Location was brilliant. The lady on reception when we checked in was lovely and helpful Cons: The man on the night shift was extremely miserable and made us feel like an inconvenience repeatedly. My partner and I are smokers and went out a few times in the evening for a cigarette to be greeted with a miserable man who couldn’t even say hello. As he had to unlock the door for us. We are paying customers and that is his job. We were extremely polite thanked him repeatedly etc and we’re still made to feel like a complete inconvenience to him. Very disappointing
