Harbour Hotel & Spa Southampton

Would return in a heartbeat.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. in multiple areas. Cons: Check in was a little on the slow side.

Staff dealt with the problem we had quickly and effectively ….. ensuring we left the hotel very happy

Nice to have a family get together

Pros: On the marina Cons: Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom in a cupboard which I had to then move and put in the room either next to the bed or under the tv. Did not like the fact there was a decanter of gin in the room, I would question what may have been added to it, after all it looked like water and perhaps it should have been a sealed item along with the beers in the mini fridge for hygiene and safety purposes. Lifts are exceptionally slow. Food came out slow, so some meals were cold. Lack of communication from staff.

Pros: Speedy check in despite Southampton FC arriving at the same time ,I was unwell on arrival and staff couldn’t do enough for me in the HarBar getting honey to go in my fruit tea and then checking back in on me at dinner to see if I felt better Staff so attentive you feel you are really being looked after more so in HarBar than reception although they were friendly.
