Comfortable room
Pros: Lovely bright room, great shower. Friendly staff, lovely location. Cons: Tried twice to order room service and no-one answered, so gave up. Harbar6 was incredibly loud. Difficult to find a quiet area in which to relax both inside and out. Some chair/cushion soft furnishings in public areas needed upgrading as quite stained and worn looking.

Pros: Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Lovely rooftop bar / restaurant. For the price, I would expect breakfast to be included. Area lovely but limited in places to walk. Cons: Contacted the hotel in advance to let them know it was a special trip for my best friend’s 40th birthday, disappointed that there was nothing arranged, not even a happy birthday at check in or anything left in the room, even though I called the day before as well. For a hotel of this star, that was disappointing.
