Pros: In general, it is a simple hotel for your rest. There is free parking provided for hotel guests if you register your car no. plate with the reception. We had a view that could see the Kuching Waterfront area with ease. Also, you can drop by the famous cheese naan (Ceylonese Restaurant) and a decent massage parlour next door. Cons: (rather than dislike, this is something for people to note) This is a simple hotel, so there is no swimming pool or gym facilities available.
