Completely dissatisfied.
Pros: Nothing Cons: Photos on web were not of this place. It wasn't a 4 star hotel, it was a self service room with microwave and no staff or restaurant. Photos depicted it with animal style towels and completely different facade. Returned home immediately and got full refund.

I’m grateful to Jaye and the staff who came up and brought us camper beds for the kids
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very near to beach. The staffs were kind and so helpful

Pros: This is second time we have stayed at this hotel. Easily negotiated website. Easy payment. Good clean and safe accommodation. Good shower. Good bed linen. Comfortable bed. Will be a returning customer. Cons: There is nothing we didn't like

We had a Delux and Budget Double room, and they were both of a good standard
We had a Delux and Budget Double room, and they were both of a good standard. The only staff that we had contact with was a cleaner and a Decorator, they were both very polite and helpful.
