Pros: Hotel location was in Time Square 1 min walk from everything 🎉 Cons: The room was extremily noise , no sound proof at all. Our window was in the back part of other buliding and their A/C fan drived us crazy from the noise . Managment was not correct , we did a request for upgrade 3 times in the row and the only answer was " We will disccuss with manager and let you know" Answer never came even after our complaint . Their finance never released our guaranty of 500 $ despite the fact that we paid all our invoices and normally by 7-10 working days should have been realesed. It almoust one
