Comfortable Country House Hotel
Pros: Spacious ground floor room with air conditioning. Doggy friendly with grounds for walking, and dogs allowed in bar area and lounge adjoining restaurant for breakfast. Enjoyed a good evening meal in the bar area and there were plenty of choices at breakfast. Cons: No instructions for appliances in room. Had to request these for coffee machine. There was insufficient car parking on the Friday evening when a function was taking place

Pros: Good location Cons: We’ve stayed three times over the years and now it’s getting tired. Staff are good, but all lacking attention to detail. I’d say the venue has lost its passion and become functional. Not unpleasant just feels tired and not special.

Quiet location but easy to find, parking no problem Hugh bedroom and very clean. All staff very help indeed, kind and thoughtful nothing was too much trouble.
