Pros: Didn’t have breakfast not even a COMPLIMENTARY WATER!! Not even FREE PARKING with my room purchase! I’ll never go back to Harrah’s, the people were RUDE! Cons: Provide water and free parking and better attitudes for employees. I paid EXTRA for a room “upgrade” and it was looking over a parking garage with a tiny view of a piece of the sphere. And the room was DIRTY! That was probably the worst part..

Pros: O hotel em si é bom, mas fede muito a cigarro em todo lugar, principalmente nos quartos Cons: Fedor de cigarro nos quartos. E eu reservei um quarto que falava que tinha frigobar, mas não tinha. Pedi pra trocar de quarto pelo cheiro forte de cigarro e trocaram, mas quando fui pra outro quarto, ele também estava fedendo a cigarro.
