I do not recommend this hotel

Cons: Serious security incident At around 1:00 a.m., while my wife and I were sleeping, another guest entered our occupied room using a valid electronic key card. The hotel later confirmed in writing that our room had been assigned twice during check-in and that another guest had been issued access to room 318. I contacted the hotel immediately via WhatsApp, but received no response during the night. As we had no confirmation that the duplicate key had been disabled, we did not feel safe and left the hotel. The hotel later apologised, investigated the incident and refunded the stay

Nice hotel in the Smart City

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel—close to the tramway and the train station. The room is spacious and well-equipped. I appreciate the Smart TV since not a lot of hotels in Europe have it. Cons: All communications (Booking/Whatsapp) are only in German. I know that we are in Vienna but it would be helpful for tourists if they provide an English translation after each message. The AC does not work well. I have adjusted the temperature a couple of times but I think that the thermostat has been pre-programmed to a certain temperature.

Pros: Hotel is great! Personel was very kind and helpful. Room was perfect, very comfortable, nice designed, and clean. Cons: Only breakfast was poor. Not bad, but also not very good.
