Good but could be improved.
Pros: The instructions sent prior to arrival were clear and easy to follow. Parking was easy and onsite, and check-in using the key safe was straightforward.
The property has pretty much everything you need for a stay, with plenty of cutlery and crockery, a functioning fridge, toaster and kettle. There were no issues with the hot water or heating, and the fans provided were a nice addition. There is also lots of storage throughout the property, and bedding including a duvet, bottom sheet and pillows was provided for the sofa bed.

L’appartement de Chris et Maria est propre, fonctionnel et à 10 minutes en voiture seulement des studios Harry Potter. Parfait pour s’imprégner de l’ambiance avant la visite des studios et pour mettre des étoiles dans les yeux de nos enfants.
La communication avec nos hôtes était parfaite et leur petite attention à notre arrivée très appréciée.
