Cons: Simply the worst experience I have ever had on Booking.com. I asked ahead of time whether an iron was available, and I was told it was. When I arrived, I was informed that it would be available the next day, which was perfectly fine (although I would have preferred to bring my own iron if I had known it wouldn't be available when I needed it). I stayed for six days, and there was no cleaning or emptying of the trash, which was also fine.
