Excellent experience!

Pros: The location was perfect for anyone who wants to be central to London as a tourist. It was amazingly quiet even with the streets being packed with people. The air conditioners were great as long as you turn them on and expect them to work slowly, cooling off the room. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment made the stay so much easier knowing we could clean up without having to go somewhere else. Everything felt very secure with two digital door locks and our key to lock/unlock our room. The bed was fantastic. Cons: The door was slightly difficult to unlock, but that might just be u

This is a higher end accomodation. Clean and tidy, not worn out or broken. Everything was well equipped and like new. Both premises and apartment itself was good looking. We stayed during heat wave in London with weather outside above 32C and a/c in apartment kept us in comfort. Wide and very comfortable bed. Having in mind how central it was - noise levels were decent. We slept well.
