My worst experience ever at a hotel.

Pros: Breakfast wasn't available the first day. The 2nd day the breakfast didn't include coffee, nor napkins or salt. Cons: No security - building didn't lock, the rooms smelled. The rooms were damp from the air conditioner. The hallways were so filthy and hadn't been swept. I found a pair of bloody underwear in the vanity. A roach was in my bed the morning of my checkout. Check in took an hour, making us late for the event we were attending. No rooms were available at 5pm, when check in should have been 3pm. Horrible stay

Pros: Nothing Cons: I told the guy that goes by Gus that we wanted to stay til 4pm and even paid the extra $50 for it and he said it was ok and he had us scheduled to check out at 4pm. That was a lie, the assistant manager(only white looking man there sorry can’t remember his name think the last name was Smith) came pounding on the door at 3:20 and told me we were supposed to leave at 3pm. I told him that it was scheduled til 4 and he said no it wasn’t and that we needed to leave. There were no towels in the room whatsoever. Pros: There was enough room for all of us Cons: The second bedroom door didnt shut, there was holes in some of the room, part of the way was coming off in the kitchen.
