Pros: Very pleasant room, very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast prepared by Jamie. Very warm welcome and pleasant view of the garden. Ideally located when attending an event at the NEC Cons: No particular comment

Ground floor room overlooking greenery Cons: In the bathroom, the window could not be opened and there was a leak, causing water to stand on the floor in some places. After the room was cleaned, it smelled strongly of chlorine

Pros: I was treated to a wonderful relaxing experience. Jamie was so thoughtful and caring. The breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much for them. I would definitely stay there again. Cons: No particular comment
