Pros: La terrasse avec vue sur la Sagrada Familia au 7e étage est un grand plus. Le personnel est serviable et la chambre est propre. La vue du rooftop est agréable. Cons: Les bruits de conduits et de ventilation sont très fort pour moi ayant un sommeil léger. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien et offre un bon choix mais pour un 4 étoiles, j'ai déjà vu bien mieux. La piscine est toute petite par rapport à ce qu'on pourrait croire en regardant les photos.

Pros: Расположение отеля шикарное! Самый центр! Недалеко Casa Milà и Casa Batlló, буквально 5 минут пешком) Вокруг много кафе, ресторанов и магазинов) Номер очень просторный, большой, чистый, уборка ежедневная. Кровать божественно удобная, мягкая) Душевая новая, чистая, так приятно было после поездки принять горячий душ) Cons: Персонал не очень приветливый, не располагают к себе. Нет чайной станции в номере. Воду не предоставляют. Нужно просить на ресепшен и затем куда-то идти. Рядом с нашим номером была каморка уборщиц. Они с утра гремели тележкой, громко разговаривали и громко хлопали две

Pros: El desayuno completo y rico. La ubicacion muy buena cerca de zona comercial de paseig de gracia. Lo recomendaria y volveria. Cons: Que no tenga agua y cafe-te en recepcion a disposición de los huespedes como hay en otros hoteles de su categoria. Ruido en la mañana temprano mientras hacian limpieza de habitaciones, movian camas, y me paso en ambas habitaciones que estuve que escuchaba la conversacion de la habitacion de al lado, eso me parecio rarisimo.
Location was great but nothing else made me feel value for money. Dissapointed.
Pros: The location Cons: Poor value for money, nothing in the room to tell me there is a fridge, how to use the air con, security, fire escape route, i didnt realize I kept getting in the service lift until the day I left. The staff did not give helpful advice when asked about directions. The breakfast was not of a good quality, the eggs looked very watery, the range was good but not freshly baked.
