Don’t be put off by location or look from the outside!

Pros: Really good price and well maintained. Doesn’t look good from the outside but once through the door like walking into another world! Cons: Nothing

Pros: Easy access from train station Cons: Very noisy, tight coridoors, awake most of the night as a domestic in coridoor

Disappointed

Cons: We were placed on the top floor of 31 steep steps .there were no toilet facilities in the shared kitchen which meant if you needed to go whilst sitting down there having tea and toast you had to go all the way back to your room bearing in mind we are 73 and 65 in age ! Its perhaps good for younger people who like the self checking in but at our age its not a place we'd go back to even the sauna which would of been tempting was £25 for just one hour and had to be prepared booked not that we seen anyone or any staff or anything as I say not for us

Pros: Best thing about it is the fact that it’s really easy to get in to the incredibly conveniently located place with the code they send you when you book and the phone number is manned 24 hours by a really charming competent bloke who even helped us at 9:30 at night to shift to a new room because I stupidly booked a place with no lift when my dad is in a wheelchair and couldn’t get to the second floor, so they moved us to the first floor and even let me take a duvet from a different room for the sofa bed. So they were really friendly and amenable and it meant that we were able to stay. Also
