Pros: Location was ideal, would recommend Ubers for transportation but only costs £4-£8 to train station Cons: On arrival to the property, property was not the pictures that are displayed online, property wasn’t cleaned very well and had to buy anti bacterial wipes after arrival, house was fine for what it was needed for plenty of space but wasn’t the cleanest
Staff are useless scammers.
Pros: The staff are absolutely useless. On the date of check in I didn’t get given the code for 3 hours after I was meant to check in. I phoned multiple times and text and no response. Then I eventually got it after sitting waiting for hours. Then after I’ve checked out the house was absolutely spotless and I’ve heard nothing about me damage deposit back. I’ve contacted and been told they will sort it. It’s now been 3 weeks and they aren’t answering any calls or texts. Cons: N/A
The house met our expectations, spacious, clean beds and bathrooms really good for large groups.
Pros: Location very close to the town centre which is ideal! Spacious large place to stay which holds larger parties. Modern decor. Clean bathrooms and beds. Cons: Very Strong smell of oriental food which was extremely over powering more so in the living room.
Cons: I’m still waiting for my security deposit £250 to be returned
