Pros: The management has done an excellent job in modernising an old house full of character. For the price, I was not expecting a spacious room with tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. The gated entrance provided excellent security for the car. Cons: Staff were overly strict on departing not a minute later than the quite early checkout time.

Highly recommended. Loved it.
Pros: Just stayed here and had to leave a review. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. So much charm. The whole place is well kept and spotless. Bed so comfortable and the bathroom.. wow, huge bath and shower. Wanted peace quiet and a relaxation and this is what we got. I would love to come back. Cons: Nothing at all!
Bargain for a work stay when I had cashflow issues! Owners must take a great pride in their property
Pros: Room was spacious with two single beds and a wash hand-basin. I had exclusive use of a private bathroom I was very pleased there was a steam iron and ironing board in the corridor, allowing me to press a crumpled shirt. The decor was remarkable! Cons: The small hand-towel had a musty smell, but the bath towel smelled fresh
Brilliant location, clean and airy rooms.
My stay was good, few minor issues that need exploring by staff.
Cons: Due to the property being so old, the floorboards are EXTREMELY squeaky and noisy. It is quite bothersome during the later hours of the evening, I stayed in the annex with a bathroom across the hall ... I knew this before booking BUT was told it was private which I don't believe was the case as there was another guest at the property who was also using it so I couldn't leave my shower toiletries out.
