Great location, nice accommodation
Pros: Convenient location, short walk to either the bus or tram stop (near some shops), or about 15-20 mins walk to main attractions. On-site parking - we were allowed to stay in the parking spot after check out. Room was clean and well-presented. Cons: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Perfect location for a day at the cricket and an evening in Nottingham centre. Friendly owner, clean property.
Welcoming and comfortable
Pros: Exceptionally clean and comfortable with a very friendly host. Communications were straightforward and the beds and rooms very comfortable. The location was excellent for Nottingham, the station and sports grounds. Cons: It was very warm while we stayed and the front bedroom was heating up and very bright at 4am. I would recommend getting blackout blinds to make it darker and cooler in summer months.

It was nice and clean, the owner was very welcoming and polite. I was going to the arena on the days that I stayed and it was around 15 minutes away. It was in a good enough location that everything was around a 10-minute walk away. It was very clean and neat. Fantastic stay.
