What a wonderful experience!
Pros: We were visiting family in Nederland so the proximity to the border was fantastic! Nearby shops, fuel stations and takeaways for food. The apartment was very well equipped, it was always so quiet and peaceful for getting children to sleep. Cons: The stairwell was difficult to navigate with young children, this is ok but the timing of the light meant that slower children would get halfway up the stairs before the light goes off. But to be honest I've really had to dig deep to find a problem.
