Lovely clean property room was exceptional
Pros: The location was superb and the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable Cons: Breakfast was extremely poor and the staff who waited on were very poor. Every time we asked for a coffee the girl made it cold and she was very slow with everything she did. The buffet was very basic and the bread for the toaster was far too small.
Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros: Great location, in the heart of Coventry Garden. Ideally placed for theatres, superb restaurants, museums and art galleries. By London standards, the room was generous in size, and the bed was so comfortable. Cons: The taped music selection playing in the restaurant is really dire. Each track had the effect on us of a fork scraping down a blackboard. I would have appreciated more storage space in the room. Also, the tv in the room didn’t work well, as the signal kept cutting out every couple of minutes.
