Pros: L'accueil (venant d un autre logement décevant, le personnel nous a permis d'entrer en chambre plus tôt), la literie, le petit déjeuner et l'emplacement secure et centrale Cons: La moquette au sol pas très propre, una vieille capsule de café trouvée au sol en entrant dans la chambre et un bouche de baignoire impossible à utiliser (chaînette trop courte et bouchon inadapté)

Will absolutely recommend this hotel to all going to stay in Bilbao

The staff were particularly welcoming and helpful, Rakel in particular. The location was perfect for our stay, close to the Guggenheim and just short walk along the river to the Old Town.
