This Hotel has ceased trading. Me and my partner arrived Saturday 26th of April for a booking we paid for in February only to find a note on the door informing us it had been closed since 9th of April. No one informed us of this prior to traveling so alternative accommodation had to be found on a Saturday night. Very poor.

The hotel I booked through you had been repossessed and was closed leaving us in a very bad situation with car park booked and paid for restaurants booked deposits booked and so on. I hadn’t been given any notice of this situation at all really not happy and want to know what you are going to do about all this stress and inconvenience caused to my wife and I. Many thanks Christian Fearon

PERFECT!
A little older hotel, the set up or design of the is a little odd, I think it used to be a bank or something. But the staff was GREAT and the location is PERFECT! The Beatles statue is only about 3 blocks down on the pier.
