This Hotel has ceased trading. Me and my partner arrived Saturday 26th of April for a booking we paid for in February only to find a note on the door informing us it had been closed since 9th of April. No one informed us of this prior to traveling so alternative accommodation had to be found on a Saturday night. Very poor.

I hadn’t been given any notice of this situation at all really not happy and want to know what you are going to do about all this stress and inconvenience caused to my wife and I. PERFECT!
A little older hotel, the set up or design of the is a little odd, I think it used to be a bank or something. But the staff was GREAT and the location is PERFECT! The Beatles statue is only about 3 blocks down on the pier.
Cancelled without explanation
An unpleasant surprise today. They canceled my room without any explanation, or excuses. It's very hard to book another room on such a short term. Booking.com offered other hotels, but none of them were close to this one. I can't believe they offer a service like this, and as I understood I was not the only one.
SHUT DOWN! 09APR25
Arrived for check-in last night. Security on the door advised the hotel was subject to a possession order and not accepting guests. Must have only just happened as we saw several guests departing with all their luggage. Hotels.com helpline was closed so had to make alternative arrangements.
